Welcome to the 2SAN Club. The Membership Service of 2SAN Club (hereafter referred to as membership service) is established and provided by 2SAN, Inc. (hereafter referred to as the company). Those who intend to apply for the membership service (hereafter referred to as the member) are asked to read the following articles carefully. After reading and applying for the membership service, the company will regard that you completely agree all articles stipulated here.

*Membership Service

 After confirming your application, the company will provide you with the following services: Online Shopping, Multiple Payment Service, My Trade Record, Area of Favorite Goods, ETD & ETA Notice by E-mail, Bonus Feedback, Exclusive Activities, E-newspaper, and other new services in the future.
 The duration of membership service is the period of time after your application, registration, and the company’s system setting for service.
 Membership service is according to the functions and status provided thereupon. The company has the right to increase, modify or cancel all or a part of systems or functions in the membership service.
 The member agrees and understands that the company will send EDM of products or activities via the provided E-mail address.
 Membership service is only effective in the language under which you registered. If you want to log in under another language, you have to apply anew. For example, the account you applied for under the Chinese web page only allows you to log in the Chinese web page. If you switch to another language, it will be regarded as logout.
 For applying for the cancellation of the membership, contact the company via service@2san.com directly.

*Account Number, Password and Security

 Before enjoying the membership service, you have to register and fill in complete as well as correct information.
 In registration, you can choose your username and password, but you should be responsible for all acts related to the use of the chosen username and password when enjoying the membership service.
 Keep your username and password carefully. If you discover or doubt any other person’s illegal use of the username and password, contact the company via service@2san.com quickly, and the company will take proper measures.
 The company will protect every member’s privacy. This system will not monitor, add, delete, modify, close or give the third party any information like the member’s account number, personal data, or published speech and writing except those involving illegality, infringement, against the service articles or having the consent of the member.
 Under the circumstances below, the company may examine or provide your personal data or related communication data to an authority:
1. According to the laws or the judicial institutes’ or other authorities’ commands.
2. In order to execute the service articles or when the member is against the service articles.
3. In order to protect the membership service system or the operator’s legal rights.
4. In order to protect other members’ or any third party’s legal rights.
5. In order to maintain the normal operation of the service system.

*The Right of Modifying the Service Articles

 The company has the right to modify the membership service articles from time to time. The modified service articles will be published on 2SAN website. They will not be sent to the members individually.
 The company has the right to terminate the membership service. The member cannot ask for compensation or recompense.
