2SAN online shop handle all orders in the following process:
- Process Time:
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Accounting Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (depending on accuracy of the information provided. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main Brea, California warehouse. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
- Transit Time:
UPS Ground: 3-8 Business Days
- Total Time for Delivery:
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.
- Shipping:
Shipping fee varies depending on location and weight of the order.
Return & Exchange
- Contact our RMA department by finishing the online RMA request form, calling our RMA department, or emailing rma@2san.com.
- We will honor our warranty service on all product lines excluding:
- Product that is out of warranty period
- Product is physically damaged by the customer
- Product is not used as the originally designed manner.
- Upon verifying the product information, RMA department will issue a set of RMA # to the customer.
- Please make sure that the RMA # is displayed clearly on the packaging, failing to do so will result in delay of the RMA process.
Based on the complexity of product issues, RMA item will be returned to customer within 2 to 4 weeks upon receipt.
Tax ( for California Only )
- Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping with our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within California will be charged the applicable sales tax according to your county.
- Tax-Exempt
If your firm holds a valid sales tax exemption permit for California or you are a tax-exempt government employee, please proceed as follows:
- Download our Tax-Exempt form
- Place your initial order online. Your initial order will show us charging you sales tax.
- Fax the form back to (714) 256-9382 with your invoice number or order number, a copy of your Government tax-exempt permit and a contact name and phone number.
- We will then remove all tax from your order.
- The billing address on your account must match the address on the tax-exempt certificate.
For resellers in California: please place your initial order as normal, and then fax over your reseller permit along with your invoice number or order number, as well as Tax-Exempt form. We will remove all the tax form your order.
