1. Contact our RMA department by finishing the online RMA request form, calling our RMA department, or emailing rma@2san.com.
2. We will honor our warranty service on all product lines excluding:
a. Product that is out of warranty period
b. Product is physically damaged by the customer
c. Product is not used as the originally designed manner.
3. Upon verifying the product information, RMA department will issue a set of RMA # to the customer.
4. Please make sure that the RMA # is displayed clearly on the packaging, failing to do so will result in delay of the RMA process.
Based on the complexity of product issues, RMA item will be returned to customer within 2 to 4 weeks upon receipt.
