2San, Inc. and the related or coordinated manufacturer or provider are responsible for all the quality, warranty and after-sale service of the products or services on 2San, Inc., and 2San, Inc. will also help the consumer to solve any problem or quarrel resulting from the online shopping with all its efforts.
Once the transaction is completed, it means that the consumer is willing to buy the product or service and follow the trade rules. If the consumer’s data such as address or telephone number changes, the consumer shall correct it online at once, and cannot deny the consumer’s order or refuse to pay because of the incorrect data. 2San, Inc. has the right to accept an order at the discretion of company policy. If the ordered product cannot be delivered twice, and over three days no one answers the telephone or email from 2San, Inc., 2San, Inc. will cancel the order and refund the full amount (deducting the freight).
For all online trades on the 2San, Inc’s website, the consumer agree to take 2San, Inc. online shopping data as the base. If there is any quarrel, the online shopping data shall be regarded as the norm. If the consumer finds the data incorrect, the consumer shall notify 2San, Inc. at once.
When the consumer finds the product defective, the consumer can start by contacting customer service. If the consumer wants to return the product, the product must still be in a complete package, including the product, enclosures, etc. The consumer has to pay the freight otherwise 2San, Inc. will not accept the return. The Safety of Personal Data and Your Personal Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. 2San, Inc. does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. The customer shall be responsible for her affected interest if she fails to notify or if she provides incorrect information.
Besides the adoption of safe trade mode, 2San, Inc. will keep the consumer’s data confidential. 2San, Inc. will not offer the data to any other third party except the related or coordinated manufacturer of product or provider of service.
Under the circumstances below 2San, Inc. has the right to examine or provide the consumer’s data to authorities:
  • According to the law, or the command of the judiciary or any other authority;
  • In order to execute the articles set here, or when the consumer violates the Conditions;
  • In order to maintain the normal operation and safety of 2San.com system;
  • In order to protect the interests of 2San.com, other consumers or any other third party.
The consumer should secure her personal data, payment data (including credit card data) and membership code. All actions that happen after entering the system using the consumer’s account and code are regarded as the actions of the holder of that account and code.
The system does not guarantee the normal display of the consumer’s uploaded data, nor guarantee the correctness of data transfer. If the consumer discovers something wrong with the system, please notify 2San, Inc. at once.
The system will back up data regularly. Except for intentional or significant fault, the consumer should agree that the system does not have to be responsible for the wrongly deleted data or failed backup.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from 2San, Inc. are made pursuant to a purchase information. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to 2San, Inc. or to products you purchase through 2San, Inc. shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Orange County, California, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate 2San, Inc.’s intellectual property rights, 2San, Inc. may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
