Simon Whiley

Group Managing Director
In addition to founding 2San, in December 2019, Simon is the Founder and Chairman of Havwoods, a global premium flooring company. Havwoods is a business founded on excellent product, clear proposition, logistics excellence and has successfully expanded by building a network of partnerships across the world. Simon has now brought these same strengths and his own leadership qualities to 2San, as it grows into a significant healthcare business.

Dean Hales

Global Chairman
Dean joined us in June 2020 as Global Chairman of 2San, based in Australia. He brings a wealth of experience as a Non-Executive Director and Business Advisor to a number of SMEs in Australia and around the globe, working with entrepreneurial-led businesses, particularly those that have a desire for growth through effective management of people, process, and technology. Dean is currently Global CEO of Ox Group Global and OX Group Australia, a world leading manufacturer of hand tools and diamond tools.

Neil H. Ashworth

Non Executive Director
As a Non-Executive Director based in the UK, Neil offers support, guidance, and experience to 2San team members across the globe. He is an experienced non-executive director, and currently holds NED roles in 4 businesses spanning retail, logistics and technology. Immediately prior to joining 2San, Neil was a senior member of the UK’s national covid testing programme. Previously, Neil worked for a number of blue-chip retailers and has extensive experience of ecommerce operations, retail logistics and home delivery.

Ralph Webb

Global Sales Director
As Global Sales Director for 2San, Ralph is passionate about setting high standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring that his team of 20+ people, always exceed these expectations. He is based in Europe but leads the activities and priorities of the global sales team based in Australia, UK and America. He brings with him over 12 years of experience in senior roles across multiple sectors including consumables and technology, and is also a Director of Veltuff, a leading workwear distributor.

Harry Edwards

Global Supply Chain Director
Harry has a background in production, product development, sourcing and operations across Europe and North America. As Global Purchasing Director, based in Europe, he is fully committed to help customers find the latest innovative products, sourced from quality suppliers with strong ethical credentials. He works meticulously to ensure all products are fully certified and that this forms an essential part of the supply chain process, making it easy and simple for all customers.

Keith Ferguson

Group Chief Financial Officer
Keith is the Chief Finance Officer and leads the global finance function for 2San from the UK. He is a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), with 25 years professional, strategic, and operational experience. He has a proven track record and wide experience in global market leading organisations spanning FMCG, pharmaceuticals, supply chain and manufacturing.

Dan Calder

Global Operations Director
As Global Operations Director for 2San, Dan enjoys solving complex supply chain challenges for customers, ensuring on time delivery and real operational transparency. Based in Europe, he leads the processes to continually improve standards, always striving to improve customer satisfaction. Dan is also European Managing Director of Veltuff, a high-quality workwear business which supplies customers directly from factories to the workplace.

Raymond Lee

Australia Sales Director
Heading up the APAC sales team Raymond is based out of Sydney Australia and manages a dynamic team of sale professionals across the region. With more than 30 years in sales and management roles in the medical and marketing industries at companies including GPP Australia and Sanera Medical Raymond has a wealth of experience in field of medical and surgical consumables.

Rob MacDougall

US Sales Director
Rob has extensive experience in bringing distribution, service and supply solutions to laboratories, hospitals, government entities, and life science research institutions of various sizes. In addition to US Director for 2San, he is also the founder and CEO of MarathonLS, a Global Life Science, Lab Operation partner. Rob leverages his 20 plus years of experience in product distribution, service management and business development to align with the ever-evolving needs in the marketplace.

Greg Calder

Group Director
Greg is a founder of the 2San business, launching the organisation in December 2019. An energetic sales professional, he has extensive experience of working with large scale manufacturing and dealing with large Government bodies. In addition to building the 2San business Greg is also a Director of Veltuff, a workwear business that specializes in uniforms for large corporate accounts across Europe.

David J Metrena

Sales Director - Americas
David is Sales Director for the Americas and has over 25 years' experience in the Diagnostics and Life Sciences sector. He has held senior Sales, Marketing, and Medical Technology roles in a number of companies including BioChem Fluidics, VistaLab Technologies, Siemens Healthcare, Bayer Healthcare, Centrechem, Beckman Coulter and New York Hospital. Prior to joining 2San, David set up his own consultancy specialising in helping companies develop their strategy, business plans and commercial expertise.

Joseph Whiley

Global Projects Director
Joseph heads up many of the transformational projects across the 2San Group, which look to bring about change through innovation, a key value of the business. He brings creative thinking, attention to detail and a challenging mindset to focus on the big opportunities which arise from fast changing customers and markets. He is also an ecommerce expert and is a Director of Hardwoodfloorstore.co.uk and Plusfloor.com , two fast emerging and successful flooring brands in the UK.
